Entry of materials

Process of folding

 Adding the Ear loops

The next step in the masking process is to attach the ear loops to the edges. In this mechanical part, ear hook attachments are automatically supplied to both sides of the mask and ultrasonically welded to the mask.

Stack the finished masks

The mask is ready! The manufactured masks are stacked on the stack in the mask-making machine's final step. The number of masks on each stack is programmed into the machine and stacked correctly. The masks are then manually or mechanically packed and ready to use after the machine has stacked the masks.
