3ply surgical mask

The 3layer surgical mask is the next level of protection after the N95 mask, and it helps to guard against airborne viruses. Spun bonded polypropylene absorbs water, sweat, and moisture in the innermost layer.

The centre of the melt blow layer prevents microorganisms from entering and exiting the mask by acting as a filter.

4 ply surgical mask

The 4 ply surgical mask is similar to a 3 ply face mask with an additional filtering layer, such as an activated carbon filter.

·         1st layer: spun-bond nonwoven polypropylene

·         2nd layer: active carbon filter fibres or another layer of filtration

·         Melt-blown nonwoven cloth is the third layer.

·         4th layer: spun-bond nonwoven polypropylene

 

They also contain an adjustable nose strip to provide the user with the best possible protection and comfort. It also protects from smells and organic vapors.

Surgical masks must be removed from the chin-up (folding, cable ties, wraps). Remove the mask from the string while being careful not to touch the front. Fold the mask in half after removing it to prevent water droplets from entering your mouth or nose. Fold the mask in half again until it resembles a roll. It can be looped in an ear loop to keep the mask from fraying. The mask should then be wrapped in tissue paper or plastic and placed in the yellow garbage bag right away.
